Request a return
Contact us with your order ID, the reason for return and photos of the product and packaging. A valid reason is required for every return.
Review
Every request is reviewed by our team first. We'll confirm whether the return is approved based on the reason and the product's condition.
Return delivery charges
Once approved, we arrange the return. The return delivery cost is deducted from your refund amount, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refund timeline
After the returned product is received and checked, the refund is processed within 14 days to your original payment method (or bank account for Cash on Delivery orders).
Not returnable
Opened, used or tampered consumable products are not returnable unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.
